How to Apply

A Step-by-Step Guide to Applying at Arrahmah Schools.

Join the Arrahmah Academy community by simply visiting our website to download the application form or pick one at our school office. Submit the completed form with the required documentation, including academic records and identification. Our admissions team is on hand to assist with any queries. We recommend prompt application to secure a place in our growing institution, blending the Competence Based Curriculum with Islamic values since 2014.

PROCESS

Application Form

Visit the Schools administrative office and fill out the application form with accurate information. This includes paying application fee.

Note that application is only for girls in Form 1 and Form 2

Documents Submission

Gather required documents which include:

  • Birth certificate or Passport copy
  • Previous School Transcripts and records
  • Passports sized photos

Interview

Scheduled Entrance Interview with the School

Entrance Exam (Transferred Students)

Transferred Students Who are joinjoining continuing are required to take an entrance exam to assess their academic capabilities.

Admission Decision

Once all assessments and interviews are complete, the enrollment process commences based on the results

Enrollment and fees

If you are accepted, you’ll need to complete the enrollment process, which includes paying any required fees

Orientation

Attend the school’s orientation program to familiarize yourself with the schools’ policies, procedures and facilities. This is done on the day of reporting.

Admission Requirements

  • Letter of admission
  • Completed Application Form
  • Transcripts and Documents from Previous Schools
  • For Form one Students, Original and Certified copy of Primary school leaving certificate.(Original and Certified copy of KNEC K.C.P.E  result slip)
  • For Transferred Students, Letter of transfer from Previous School, Form One Transcript from previous school. (K.C.P.E leaving certificate and K.C.P.E result slip showing the students examination Scores)
  • Original Birth Certificate and its copy
  • Recent Passport-size photograph
  • Full payment of  term fees as indicated
